University with drawings showing the existing conditions for each of the floors in the Memorial Student Center and Rudder Theatre Complex for use with future renovations. The design included installation of fire sprinkler, fire alarms, egress pathways, and emergency lighting in Rudder Theater Complex and fire alarms in the MSC facilities. [Read more...]

John Crompton Park 2005
This park was designed to accommodate the students that reside along Holleman Road, Fraternity Row, in College Station.  Within the design of the site was a picnic pavilion, restrooms, trails and a pedestrian bridge. Much of the existing landscaping was saved for a natural look to the park.  Provided full services through construction.  [Read more...]

Wolf Pen Creek Green Room & Concessions
Patterson H Architects designed the Project included the design for the new Multipurpose Support Facility at Wolf Pen Creek Amphitheater.  A 2,000 sf building to house offices and the concessions and a 2,000 sf green room for the entertainers featured at Wolf Pen Creek. Our design incorporated the design elements existing currently at the ampi-theater and we also included a concession plaza, bbq area and truck and van parking. [Read more...]

Renovation to Fannin Elementary 2005
Upgrades to the existing facility, new carpet, paint, tile, ceilings, plumbing fixtures.  New mow strip around the exterior.  The exterior canopies on the facility were upgraded also.  [Read more...]
