Renovations to Bowen Elementary 2009
Upgrades to the existing facility, new carpet, paint, tile, ceilings, HVAC and window coverings. The exterior plaster was patched and painted and a mow strip was added to the exterior walls. [Read more...]

Patterson Architects designed new canopies for each of the entrances into the Eller O&M Building on Texas A&M Universities’ Main Campus.  We matched the existing stone veneer at each entrance and used a design style that would extenuate the existing structure.  Our design included sidewalks and in ground planters around the structure utilizing Texas native foliage for the landscaping.  [Read more...]

Utilities and Public Works Training Institute 2004 & 2008
1950’s Air Force Hangar was renovated to house the Texas Engineering Extension Service Utilities and Public Works Training Institute. Patterson Architects developed a design to fit the users needs. The interior of the hangar has electrical training classrooms and labs located on the west side. The fiber optic side, on the east, has classrooms, labs, break room and bathroom facilities.  [Read more...]

Renovation to an existing facility to be utilized for voter's registration office.  The design of the facility included a 1,575 sf. open office, storage area with a loading dock and toilets for the public and staff.   Designed for TAS Compliance and the International Building Code 2003 edition.  New site improvements with parking and landscaping.  [Read more...]

Brazos County Administration Building
The County utilized an existing facility to renovate for their administration needs. Asbestos surveys were done, along with reviews by the City of Bryan and accessibility specialist for code compliance. We met with all the departments that are to be relocated to utilize the space to fit each of their needs. The design allows for natural lighting, accessible spaces, and offices suites for the County Commissioners and their support staff. [Read more...]
