Our team designed six lighted tennis courts, paddle ball, parking and a pro-shop with lockers and showers for
Traditions Golf Club in Bryan, Texas. The design for the tennis courts will be a post tension slab with surfacing and striping at the courts. Fencing, LED lighting with controls and power for a ball machine will be included at each court.
The Pro-shop include the toilets, lounge room, covered porch, storage, showers and locker room and will be conventionally constructed utilizing wood framing with masonry veneer to match the adjacent Traditions Club Buildings.
Retail shop will be in the second phase of the project.
