Vector Labs at the Heep Building. Competitive sealed proposal. This project involved renovations of the existing facility to lab research space. Interior renovations to approximately 3,014 square feet of laboratory space and 766 square feet of new office space. The design will use the existing HVAC however the laboratory air will be separate from the office spaces. A hard ceiling was required in the Growth Chamber Lab. New LED lighting was used throughout.
