New full service banking facility for State Bank. Design was developed utilizing modular buildings with precast structural slabs. The design was similar in size and finishes with the Wellborn Road branch, the project was a test building system to be used by State Bank for new branches with project construction time and costs cut by ordering the structures as modular building systems. The new branch in Liberty Hill was designed with offices, teller stations, waiting area, parking and landscaping. Provided full service thru construction.
