University with drawings showing the existing conditions for each of the floors in the Memorial Student Center and Rudder Theatre Complex for use with future renovations. The design included installation of fire sprinkler, fire alarms, egress pathways, and emergency lighting in Rudder Theater Complex and fire alarms in the MSC facilities. Our team developed the design to match existing finishes and upgraded any ceilings, lighting and walls that were demolished during abatement and/or installation of the sprinklers. Schedules were developed for the facilities to be renovated while in use. Deadlines for completion were critical due to events scheduled in the facility for 2008. The MSC portion of the contract dealing with egress and fire sprinkler systems was cancelled after the design was complete due to the major renovation of the facility in the near future.
